This discussion will center around IP basics, including the different types of IP, when and where to file, and patentability.

 

Table 3:  Understanding Barriers to Market Entry

           This discussion will focus on freedom to operate , including when to conduct freedom to operate searches, and how to be prepared for IP due diligence.
