Always look forward!

Hello guys,

Why did Spring Break had to come to an end? I know many of you may be questionning this after coming back from Spring Break. I think the weeks after Spring Break are the most stressful and busy of the semester. I had so many things to get done this week that I felt I didn't have time to complete them. But, let's look at the bright side.. this week really flew by. This week was full of projects, applications, meetings, homeworks and exams. Since Monday morning when I woke up until today I've had something to do every single minute. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go to the gym this week due to so much work but at least I completed all the tasks I had for this week.

i'v noticed that the busier I am, the more organized I become. I love having a reliable planner that helps me get things done on time. Since I have so much work to do, I'm planning to stay at school this weekend. I will probably go home tomorrow night to say hi to my mom and my sister. This weekend, I need to finish a 5-page paper which I'm half-way through, fill out a scholarship application, make a presentation for a seminar, read a chapter for my oral communications class, work on my capstone project and....I can't forget that I need to do laundry, I think the last time I did laundry was like a month ago... I'm running out of clothes. ;)

This week I realized I have a lot of things to do and no much time to complete them... I was stressing a lot just by thinking about it. I was regreting not having spent more time during Spring Break to catch up with work but then I remember that I can't change the past but look forward to the future. My message to you today is to always look forward, look for what you can do next and stop regreting what happened in the past. I think that this set of mind will motivate me to finish my work on time and successfully.

This is all for this week, I hope you guys enjoy this weekend!

Back to reality..

Hey guys,

My Spring break is almost over.. only couple of more hours to go... tomorrow i'll be back to reality and the same routine for the next six weeks... These weeks are going to be crucial and the most important ones in my undergrad career. Spring break was a pretty good week.. I spent great quality time with my family and friends... Also, I celebrated St. Patricks day in Boston. It was so much fun and there was a lot of people downtown...

To end my break, I spent the last weekend in New York.. It was so much fun and the weather was awesome.. Walking through Central Park was fun and very relaxing... There's all kind of people in NYC and people from all over the world come to visit it... I've been to NYC couple of times and this time I really wanted to do something different... We went clubbing in Manhattan, we went to Greenpoint to get some Polish food and we visited the Museum of Natural History..

My last Spring Break as an undergrad was full of fun and some work.. Now I need to focus in school and finish it with good grades.. These next weeks are going to be hard but I'm going to work harder than average to make it less painful... I hope everyone had a good time too and remember we are only few weeks away from summer ... Enjoy this week and the beautiful weather we are having lately. ;)

Half way through...

Hello guys,

It's Friday and i'ts the beginning of Spring Break. Not until this week I realized it was already half way through the semester... After we come back from spring break we have seven more weeks to go...

I have already a full week ahead of me. I have already planned out pretty much everything I will be doing during Spring Break. My week will be a mix of school homework, lab work and a little bit of fun.

This weekend I will try to do as much homework as I can. I need to do a five-page paper for my International relations class, fill out couple of scholarship applications, and study for a test I have when I get back from the break. Also, I will be volunteering during the Colombian Elections for senate this weekend in the Colombian consulate in Boston. On monday I will be going paintball with SHPE and my friends from school. Then I will be working the next three days and finally I will finish my break with a weekend trip to NYC.

There's a lot of things I need to get done this week but at least I won't get bored. I'm happy I got to come home and spend quality time with my family. I'm looking forward to the last Spring Break as un undergraduate student. I hope you guys get to relax and enjoy this week.

A weekend to enjoy

Hello guys,

This past week was a creazy one for me.. I had a very busy week at school.. I had classes, one exam, presetations and so many meetings... It was very exhausting.. I coulnd't wait for Friday to get away from madness...

I'm going to have a nice and relaxing weekend.. Yesterday was my mom's birthday and we went to celebrate in Tokyo Reastaurant in my hometown... It was a really good time and the best of all was that we were all together.. even my sister's boyfriend came from Brazill to be with my mom...  I'm planning to take the day off today and come back to school tomorrow.. I think that after this week I really need some time for myself...

I hope you guys are enjoying this weekend!!! It's realy nice out!
