Hockey opener, Halloween, and in the midst of all of it... midterms...

A few weeks ago we had our first hockey game! Which was awesome!! Unfortunately I had to go late because I had a riding lesson that went late, but I made it there half way through the second period... and my friends kept me updated with the score via text :) The first game of the season made me realize how much I had missed UML hockey, definitely one of the best things about the winter season. Everyone was at the opener! It was a good thing my friends saved me a seat! Since the opener we have played a few more games... not all ending in victory, but in the end we WILL beat BU this year!!! :)

Halloween is also a festive time around the UML campus. On the Friday before Halloween, there was a special thing set up in McGauvran Student Union with free candy and a place to get your picture taken and put on a mug :) I always love it when they do this stuff! My friends and I didnt miss the opportunity of course! From last year I have all kinds of things with our pictures on it.... a key chain... a snow globe... the best kinds of free stuff!! Halloween was a blast! It was great seeing everyone in their costumes on Saturday night :)

and even with all this fun stuff going on... Midterms are still happening. I had my first exam on Monday this week, and another today, and yet another finishing out the week on Friday... Its beein a busy busy week at the ICC!! Hopefully I'll have some time to relax... we'll see... with so much stuff going on I dont know if its possible ;) well thats about it for now!
