Why Aren’t My Changes Live?

Web maintainers are usually anxious to see their changes live and make sure they are OK.

• We approve tasks within 24 hours of receiving them during work hours. If the task is complex, we’ll let you know it may take a little longer.
• Deploys run every four hours throughout the day at 2, 6 and 10. Deploys can take a few minutes to several hours depending on how many changes there are.
• If you don’t see your changes within 24 hours, make sure that you are not looking at a cached page. To refresh the page, press CTRL + F5.

If you’ve refreshed the page and you still don’t see your changes, give us a call or drop us an email so we can check on it. Sometimes, there’s just plain human error – we forgot to approve change so it’s not appearing on the live site. Or a computer problem – something caused the deploy to abort.
